I) Enrollment You may enroll at the following times:
1. At level 1 at the Korthos Experience 2. During the Harbor Experience (1-4) if you have not "twinked" your character. 3) As Veterans via at Level 4 or 7 4) If you are a former member of the following guilds: Valhalla Permadeath Guild, PD Halls of Valhalla and have not twinked your character since its leaving of that guild. 5) Reincarnated characters may not enroll in guild with their gear. 6) You are encouraged to use a naming device, but it is not required.

(I think a lot of work and effort have gone into things here, and there is a lot of experience behind some of the decisions. Please read my comments with the understanding that I might not know why a particular rule is in place, so my questions are genuine in their interest in gathering information. Thanks - Joe)
Comments on each line item:
1) Sounds fine. 2) Sounds fine - but why exclude players who might be higher level? *a 3) Sounds fine. 4) Sounds fine, but why exclude players who might be from another guild? *b 5) Sounds fine, but why restrict all gear? *c 6) I would suggest that names simply be fantasy oriented, and subject to majority approval - with a name generator suggested for those who have trouble.
*a) What about higher level players who have grown tired of the zerg mentality of quests, and want to bring over their character (in a sense, no different than a TR joining)? *b)What about players from another guild (any guild) who want a change of pace and to do something new? *c) Why restrict all gear (especially in the case of a TR)? Obviously GS / Alchemical / Beholder Optic Nerves / Etc. are game breaking in terms of power if everyone does not have them - so no one would have them (except in the extremely rare case someone actually looted one) - but then, if wilderness areas can be run as much as we like, what is to stop someone getting that chest multiple times? (I left out bloodstone because it is no longer game breaking.)

everythign sounds good
Another suggestion instead of a naming theme is to put either a handle/tag/forum name in our bio to identify who we are. that way we can name our chars whateever we want

Joe, a) I think that higher level players who have not used the store for gear or the AH/Brokers is fine. If they are willing to depart with such items (banishers/vorpals) that were not pulled in quest I'd say awesome. b) I think modifying A would eliminate the problem of B c) Sadly, I don't know enough about TR to say one way or another. My feeling is that a TR would not be happy in this guild if they had to run without gear that would totally destabilize other members. I had a bloodstone - it was a game breaker and I was so happy. Of course I got killed a few quests later and deleted Again some wilderness areas are needed to gather materials for quest advancement. I think that should be clarified. Vero, The naming convention is purely an option. I have a few oddballs out there myself (Thor's Shield - RevIke)
